UX Designer

Hiring Alert! We are expanding our design team at Honeywell Building Automation and are on the lookout for a skilled UX Designer with at least 4 years of experience to join us. As a UX Designer 2, you will play a pivotal role in creating user experiences with a team that sets UX vision and crafts the design roadmap for Global Fire Safety Systems. If you're passionate about solving complex problems, embracing human-centered design, and envisioning how technology can enhance building safety and intelligence, we would love to meet you. What we’re seeking: • A formal design degree, such as a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) (4 years) or Master of Design (M.Des) (2 years). • Minimum of 4 years of proven UX experience. • A strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, user flows, and visual design. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. • The ability to conduct UX research and interviews.
