UX Designer

Urgent Hiring: UX Designer (Contract Role till December) We are looking for an experienced UX Designer with a strong product design mindset and hands-on execution capability to craft intuitive enterprise experiences. Role: UX Designer Duration: Contract till December Experience: 5–7 Years Skills: UX Design, Figma, Design Systems, Enterprise/SaaS Products Mandatory Requirement: - Candidates must hold a UG or PG degree in UX Design / Design / Interaction Design / HCI. - Please do not apply/share profiles without a formal design degree. What You’ll Do- - Create wireframes, workflows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups - Apply and extend design systems consistently - Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders - Present and defend design decisions effectively - Work independently with minimal handholding - Partner closely with engineering teams through the product lifecycle Required Experience 5–7 years of hands-on UX experience Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX execution Enterprise or SaaS product design experience preferred Strong proficiency in Figma Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Nice to Have- - ERP or procurement system design experience - Exposure to AI-driven product experiences Screening Criteria (Mandatory) - UG/PG degree in Design from institutes such as NID, IDC IIT Bombay, Srishti, Pearl, MIT Pune Design, IIAD, Symbiosis Design, Arena, or equivalent - No bootcamp-only candidates - Behance / Dribbble / Portfolio link is mandatory - Must be open to a contract role till December If interested, please share: *Updated CV *Portfolio link (mandatory) *Current location *Notice period You can DM me directly or share relevant profiles to [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
