Job Description - Job Title: UX Writer Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Job Type: Contract MOI - SKYPE VISA - H4, H1bs, OPT Must Need I94, Linkedin and local !!   Job Summary: Preferred Qualifications Years of Experience: 7+ years of experience Degree: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Certification: N/A Skills & Abilities: Creating clear and concise content, Writing for multiple channels (website, apps, email, text message, etc.), Writing microcopy, Authoring in content management systems, Collaborating with various teams   Responsibilities The UX Writer will report to the Director, Design in the Product Management Department. This role is responsible for translating often complex product information and workflows into engaging and intuitive user experiences. This involves creating clear and concise content for our digital platforms and communications related to our customer’s experience. This position will work closely with our product teams, Business Analysts, UX Designers/Writers and developers to solution for the best possible experience. We’re looking for a self-motivated and highly organized individual with the ability to multitask, collaborate and prioritize in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Understand and interpret product requirements, design decisions and elicit feedback across various audiences Execute on content strategy for our consumer and institutional products in support of larger organizational goals and objectives.
