Weβre hiring a Part Time / Freelance Video Editor for Unbrand.
This role is for someone who understands that content is not just edited it is built strategically.
We are looking for someone who researches before editing, thinks creatively, and proactively suggests ideas instead of waiting for instructions.
What weβre looking for:
β’β Β β Ability to research trends, competitor ads & formats before execution
β’β Β β Strong understanding of hooks, retention & audience psychology
β’β Β β Fast-paced Gen-Z & performance-ad style editing
β’β Β β Creative thinking with structured storytelling
β’β Β β Proactive mindset suggest improvements, new angles & variations
β’β Β β Basic motion graphics & dynamic captions
Role expectations:
β’β Β β 15β20 short form videos per month (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
β’β Β β Multiple hook variations for performance creatives
β’β Β β 48β72 hour turnaround time
β’β Β β Long-term collaboration mindset
Tools (proficiency in at least one):
Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve
Compensation: βΉ8,000 - βΉ10,000 per month
