I’m #hiring for a Freelance Video Editor & Content Assistant for Scrapbookong | Miniatures | Clay | Watercolor|Mixed Media Art at Vidhya.illustration. This is a part - time role and is open to all applicants willing to be compensated in INR. (Candidates based in Erode, Tamil Nadu, will be given strong preference.) Job Description: The role is to take the raw footage of my process sent to you and turn it into engaging, high-quality content for YouTube and Instagram. What you will do: • Edit: Transform raw studio footage into polished Reels, Shorts, and long-form process videos. • Curate: Select trending but "on-brand" music (ASMR/ Aesthetic/Lo-fi). • Manage: Write captions, research relevant hashtags, and schedule posts. • I am looking for someone who doesn't need constant direction. The Ideal Candidate: • Has a portfolio showing "process" or "lifestyle" editing (avoid high-energy/gaming styles.) • Understands the pacing of "Slow Art" and satisfying visual storytelling. • Ability to create a unique aesthetic for each project—matching the specific mood and pacing of watercolor, clay, or journaling. Pay: ₹400/edited and scheduled ig reel/ yt short Performance Bonus Structure: • 10k - 100k views: ₹300 bonus* • 101k - 1M views: ₹500 bonus* • Over 1M views: ₹1000 bonus* (*Note: Bonuses are one-time payments for that particular reel) How to Apply: • Please send your portfolio or links to 2-3 relevant "aesthetic/process" reels/ yt shorts.
