Video Editor & Graphics Designer

Unique Space Holdings is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphics Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns. • Design static posts, banners, and creative visuals for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, website, and other digital platforms.  • Assist in shooting and organizing raw video footage when required.  • Add music, transitions, subtitles, and basic motion graphics to enhance video content.  • Ensure brand consistency in all visual content as per company guidelines.  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content requirements and campaign objectives.  • Maintain proper file management and version control of creative assets.  • Meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.  • Make revisions based on feedback from management and marketing team. 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in video editing and graphic design are encouraged to apply.  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in software such as:  o Adobe Premiere Pro  o Adobe After Effects (basic knowledge preferred) o Adobe Photoshop  o Adobe Illustrator (basic)  • Understanding of social media video formats and aspect ratios.  • Basic knowledge of color correction, audio syncing, and simple motion graphics.  • Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.  • Ability to work under deadlines and follow instructions  • Ability to accept constructive feedback and improve work quality.  • Interest in real estate, property, or corporate branding content is a plus 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 & 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬: • Salary: Competitive and negotiable, based on experience. • Festival Bonus. • Mobile Bill.
