We need someone who: • Understands TikTok style edits • Can create high performing paid ad creatives • Knows how to build strong hooks in the first 3 seconds • Edits snappy, attention grabbing, scroll stopping content • Is confident handling larger volumes of content • Can turn things around quickly without compromising quality We work across wellness, lifestyle, aesthetics and consumer brands, so you need to understand modern editing, pacing, subtitles, captions, trends and ad psychology.
