📽️ Opportunity: Videographer & Graphic Designer – Pathfinder International (Jordan/Remote) I am sharing a specialized 6-week consultancy for the creative storytellers and multimedia experts in my network. Pathfinder International is seeking a Videographer & Graphic Designer to support their project in Jordan, which focuses on employability and leadership for underserved populations in the green economy. This role is unique because it requires transforming raw beneficiary testimonials into anonymized visual stories (using techniques like cartoon-style illustration or masking) while providing accurate Arabic-to-English translation. Core Responsibilities: Video Post-Production: Edit raw testimonial footage into three polished, anonymized videos suitable for digital platforms. Creative Anonymization: Apply visual techniques (motion graphics, animation, or illustrations) to protect the identity and dignity of project beneficiaries. Translation & Subtitling: Transcribe and translate spoken Jordanian Arabic to English, ensuring sensitivity and clarity in scripts and subtitles. Graphic Design: Design a new project logo and produce six beneficiary story flyers that narratively complement the video outputs. Audio & Branding: Enhance audio quality, integrate branding elements, and incorporate licensed sound design. What Pathfinder is looking for: Technical Expertise: Proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, and animation (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator). Creative Specialization: Experience creating anonymized or illustrative video content is highly desirable. Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in producing transcripts and translations for Arabic-to-English material. NGO Experience: Demonstrated understanding of ethical storytelling, confidentiality, and experience with international NGOs is a strong asset.
