Web Designer & React Developer

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Web Designer & React Developer. Someone who can turn ideas into clean Figma designs, and then actually build them in React without destroying the whole visual logic. Rare skill, apparently humanity is still working on this pipeline. What we’re looking for: 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI + frontend development Strong Figma skills: wireframes, prototypes, UI kits, design systems Solid React.js: hooks, reusable components, state management Experience with Tailwind / SASS / Styled Components / Emotion Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UX principles English B2+ The goal is simple: better design-to-dev handoff, fewer UI inconsistencies, and products that look in production like they were meant to look in Figma.
