#Hiring
Iβm looking to connect with web design studios, freelance web designers, and digital teams who can support a full redesign of the Prakruthi website.
Prakruthi works at the intersection of child safety, dignity, and systems-level prevention of sexual exploitation and trafficking. Over the last year, weβve undertaken a comprehensive refresh of our communicationsβthis includes new brand guidelines, a new logo, refined messaging, and updated communication material. Our website now needs to reflect this evolved identity clearly, credibly, and responsibly.
Scope of work (high-level):
1. End-to-end website redesign (UI/UX + visual design)
2. Strong alignment with updated brand guidelines and communication tone
3. Clear articulation of our programs, impact, and theory of change
4. High emphasis on sensitivity, safety, and ethical storytelling
5. Mobile-first, fast, and accessible design
6. CMS-friendly and easy for an internal team to maintain
Who weβre looking for:
1. Designers or teams with experience in NGO, social impact, or mission-driven organisations
2. Strong editorial and storytelling sensibility (not just aesthetics)
3. Ability to handle sensitive themes with care and restraint
4. Clear, structured approach to process, timelines, and collaboration
To help us with initial screening, please share:
- 2β3 relevant work samples (live links preferred)
- A brief note on your approach to redesigning an NGO or impact-led website
- An indicative quotation (with clear assumptions) for:
1. Development only, or
2. Design + development
Estimated timelines
If this sounds alignedβor if you can recommend someone who fits this briefβplease comment here or DM me directly. Iβd appreciate signal-boosting this post as well.
Looking forward to connecting with thoughtful, values-aligned collaborators.
