web designer  Durantaion 3 + months   Role Overview We are seeking a contract Web Designer with strong Webflow expertise to lead the rebranding and redesign of our digital presence. This role is not limited to visual design. The ideal candidate must understand Webflow architecture, configuration, CMS structure, responsiveness, and search engine optimization.   This engagement may include updating existing websites and building a new website using a selected Webflow template, fully customized to align with our brand assets, messaging, and content strategy.   We operate with close attention to detail and expect precision, consistency, and structured execution. Key Responsibilities Lead visual rebranding implementation across one or more websites Customize and extend Webflow templates to match brand guidelines Configure Webflow CMS collections, structure, and relationships properly Implement responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints Manage Webflow project settings (SEO, forms, custom code, integrations) Optimize performance (image compression, loading speed, clean class structure) Ensure pixel-level alignment with design specifications Maintain clean class naming conventions and scalable structure Collaborate on UX improvements and site hierarchy Provide clean handoff documentation and structured site organization Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Webflow Designer and CMS Deep understanding of Webflow layout systems (Flexbox, Grid, containers) Experience working with Webflow templates and customizing them properly Knowledge of SEO fundamentals within Webflow Experience integrating forms, embeds, third-party tools, and scripts Strong visual design capability (spacing, typography, hierarchy, consistency) Experience working with structured brand systems and design assets Ability to implement custom CSS when necessary (without overcomplicating) Preferred Qualifications Experience working with B2B or consulting brands Familiarity with structured content models and scalable site architecture Experience working with founders or executives with high design standards Ability to provide proactive recommendations rather than just execution Email: [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
