You’ll collaborate closely with analysts, engineers, testers, and project teams while helping deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality software. If you enjoy deep technical work, teamwork, and solving real problems at scale, this role is for you.   Details ✔️ Contract role ✔️ Work as part of an Agile Development / DevOps team ✔️ Design, develop, and maintain Java-based web applications ✔️ Build features across large, complex system functions and products ✔️ Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and development reviews ✔️ Follow established software development methodologies and standards ✔️ Use tracking tools to document work, manage issues, and collaborate with teammates ✔️ Develop APIs, microservices, web forms, reports, and system integrations ✔️ Ensure delivered solutions meet quality, security, performance, and data standards ✔️ Prepare and execute testing scenarios prior to release ✔️ Contribute to ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and technical debt resolution ✔️ Collaborate with analysts, DBAs, system admins, testers, and external technical partners   What we’re looking for ✔️ Strong experience with Java (11/21) and Spring / Spring Boot ✔️ Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript / TypeScript, and REST APIs ✔️ Experience with distributed architectures and microservices ✔️ Familiarity with legacy technologies (Java 8, Struts, Hibernate, jQuery) is a plus ✔️ Experience working on mission-critical systems in medium to large organizations ✔️ Knowledge of secure application development practices ✔️ Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Informix, or other SQL platforms ✔️ Strong communication skills and ability to work in collaborative Agile teams ✔️ Experience with rapid development methodologies (e.g., VIBE Coding) is a plus   Interested or know someone who’d be a great fit?
