Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Shopify Web Developer with strong experience in building, optimizing, and scaling high-converting e-commerce websites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Shopify development along with a deep understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to improve user experience, engagement, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding of paid ads funnels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and their impact on CRO is mandatory.
Design, develop, and maintain Shopify stores with a focus on performance and conversions.
Customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows for better conversion rates.
Implement CRO strategies such as A/B testing, funnel optimization, and UX improvements.
Integrate third-party apps, APIs, and payment gateways.
Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO structure.
Analyze user behavior and performance data using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute campaigns and landing pages.
Troubleshoot bugs, fix UI/UX issues, and ensure smooth website functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in Shopify development and store management.
Strong knowledge of Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
Experience with Shopify theme customization and app integrations.
Solid understanding of E-Commerce CRO principles (funnels, heatmaps, user journey).
Experience with A/B testing tools like Google Optimize or similar platforms.
Knowledge of page speed optimization and mobile-first design.
Familiarity with SEO best practices for e-commerce websites.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with high-volume e-commerce stores.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and wireframing tools.
Experience with conversion-focused landing page builders.
