We’re Hiring Web Developer & UI/UX Designer Job Title: Web Developer & UI/UX Designer Experience: 4+ Years Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate To 15 Days Main Duties UI/UX Design • Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages • Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience • Ensure consistency in design systems, branding, and visual identity • Optimize user journeys to enhance engagement and conversion rates Web Development • Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive websites and landing pages • Translate UI/UX designs into functional, high-performance code • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness • Manage CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar) • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems SEO & Performance Optimization • Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headings, structured content, internal linking) • Improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical performance • Conduct keyword integration in collaboration with marketing teams • Monitor and improve rankings using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (broken links, redirects, duplicate content) • Strong visual design sense (layout, typography, color, spacing) • Ability to create clean, modern, and professional interfaces • Experience designing for both desktop and mobile environments Qualifications and Experience • Degree or diploma in Web Development, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field • 4 - 5 years of experience as a Web Developer, UI/UX Designer, SEO Specialist, or similar digital role • Programming Languages: HTML, CSS & JavaScript • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms • Fluent in English/French (writing and speaking). • General knowledge of the Mauritius financial services sector/Global Business segment would be an advantage • Strong attention to detail, creativity, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Enthusiastic, dynamic and energetic How to Apply: Send your updated resume to [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
