🚨 We’re Hiring: WordPress Web Developer IOVISION is looking for a highly skilled and experienced WordPress Web Developer to join our full-time, on-site team at our Mohammadpur office in Dhaka. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about building high-performance web solutions for international clients, particularly our Singapore-based projects. 📍 Position Details ✅ Job Title: WordPress Web Developer ✅ Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site) ✅ Location: Mohammadpur, Dhaka ✅ Salary Range: BDT 45,000 – 75,000 per month (based on experience and competency) 🎓 Educational & Technical Requirements ✅ Bachelor’s degree (BEngg) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 💻 Technical Skills Required ✔️ Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in PHP and WordPress ✔️ Strong expertise in WordPress, WooCommerce, WordPress Multisite ✔️ Proficiency in Elementor, GSAP, jQuery, AJAX ✔️ Solid experience with MySQL, CSS3, Bootstrap ✔️ Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented PHP (OOP), Laravel, JavaScript, JSON ✔️ Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles ✔️ Advanced ability to write complex MySQL queries using WordPress database classes ✔️ Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code ✔️ Experience managing the full development lifecycle (design, development, testing, debugging) ✔️ Excellent written and spoken English communication skills 💼 Key Responsibilities ✔️ Develop dynamic websites and web applications using WordPress and custom PHP solutions ✔️ Design and build custom WordPress plugins ✔️ Troubleshoot and enhance existing themes and plugins ✔️ Build and customize WooCommerce solutions, including extensions ✔️ Implement and manage WordPress Multisite environments ✔️ Customize premium themes and plugins based on project requirements ✔️ Convert Figma designs into responsive and interactive WordPress websites (including GSAP animations) ✔️ Develop and integrate RESTful APIs 🎁 Compensation & Benefits ✔️ Two annual festival bonuses (after one year of service) ✔️ Annual performance-based salary review ✔️ Individual and team performance bonuses ✔️ Company-sponsored annual tour ✔️ Five-day work week (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM) ✔️ Unlimited tea, coffee, and afternoon snacks ✔️ Supportive, collaborative, and friendly work environment 📩 How to Apply 📧 Email your CV to: [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] 📨 Or apply directly via LinkedIn Direct Message
