Workday ERP Developer

🚨 Hiring: ERP Developer – Workday (W2 Only) 📍 Location: Richmond, VA or McLean, VA (Preferred) 📅 Duration: Long-term Contract We are seeking a senior-level Workday ERP Developer to support a major finance ERP transformation and migration to Workday Financials. This role requires strong design-to-build experience and hands-on expertise across Workday Financial modules, integrations, and reporting. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: • Design and configure Workday business processes • Build integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and standard Workday tools • Develop custom reports and support reporting needs • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Support finance transformation and ERP migration initiatives ✅ Required Experience: • 4–7 years of Workday experience • Strong expertise in Core Financials, Expenses, and Procurement • Experience with Prism Analytics and Accounting Center • Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors) and Reporting • Proven end-to-end implementation, design, and build experience • Ability to gather requirements and independently deliver solutions ⚠️ Note: This role requires strong implementation/design experience.
