**Responsibilities:** - Provide real-time interpretation for meetings, conferences, and events. - Translate various materials such as emails, reports, and presentations between Japanese and English. - Ensure accuracy in cultural context in all translations. - Utilize translation tools like Amazon Translate and other resources for precise terminology. - Proofread and enhance translated content for consistency. - Maintain utmost confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

**Requirements:** - Fluency in Japanese and English (written and verbal). - Proficiency in translation tools like Amazon Translate. - Strong communication, listening, and presentation abilities. - Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines. - Certification of JLPT N2 or higher.

**Desired Skills:** - Previous experience in translation and interpretation roles. - In-depth knowledge of Japanese culture and international business etiquette. - Experience in proofreading and editing translated content.
