🚀 Your Role We’re looking for a Business Development Leader to join our core team and lead our Impact Projects vertical. You will: 🔹 Develop and scale carbon, ESG, and regenerative agriculture projects. 🔹 Engage with impact investors, CSR teams, carbon buyers, governments, and ecosystem partners. 🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to design, execute, and monetize impact projects. 🔹 Build local networks, identify new opportunities, and scale programs across geographies.

💡 Who You Are ✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in impact investing, sustainability, carbon projects, or climate-smart agriculture. ✅ Strong network with impact investors, CSR teams, carbon buyers, and government programs. ✅ Hands-on, collaborative, and capable of leading projects from idea to execution. ✅ Deep passion for sustainable agriculture, carbon markets, and measurable impact.
