Position Title: UX Copywriter Location: Dubai Engagement Type: Full-time

Join a leading firm in the Banking and Financial sector as a UX Copywriter in Dubai. This role offers a remarkable opportunity to shape user experiences by crafting compelling, clear, and user-centric copy across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities: - Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms. - Collaborate closely with designers to ensure cohesion between visual elements and written content. - Define and implement a consistent and effective tone of voice across all digital touchpoints. - Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, fostering a high-performance creative environment. - Optimize UX copy through user feedback, A/B testing, and data-driven insights. - Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, Experience, and Product teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Communication, Marketing, or related field. - 6+ years of experience in content creation, UX writing, or related fields, preferably in Banking or Financial industries. - Native Arabic speaker with fluency in GCC or UAE dialect and proficiency in UK English. - Strong knowledge of Human-Centered Design (HCD), CMS, SEO, and basic HTML. - Proven ability to create impactful copy enhancing user experience with a diverse portfolio.
