PRPL & Friends is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our crew.

If you’re early in your recruiting or sales career (1–2 years experience) and love connecting with people, this is your chance to learn the ins and outs of creative staffing.

You’ll help identify and engage exceptional creative professionals (UX/UI Designers, UX Writers, Motion Designers, Interaction Designers, and more!) while collaborating with our Senior Recruiters to build pipelines for top design and technology clients.

This role is ideal for someone who’s: ✨ Curious, driven, and relationship-oriented 🎨 Passionate about creativity and digital design 💬 Skilled at outreach, organization, and follow-up
