Analyze business workflows to identify improvement opportunities and design new or enhanced systems. Develop detailed documentation including user requirements, process models, and testing protocols. Facilitate requirement prioritization sessions with stakeholders to align project goals. Utilize modeling tools, diagrams, and technical documentation to guide project implementation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of related experience or equivalent professional background. Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and developer collaboration. Hands-on experience using Jira for managing epics, user stories, and project issues. Proficiency in SharePoint, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite. Proven leadership experience managing teams of Business Analysts and Technical Writers. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in backend system integrations without GUI interfaces. Knowledge of VA Corporate Database, MPI, VA Profile Database, and related API services. Previous experience working with the VA (Veterans Affairs) or other federal agencies. Familiarity with Agile methodology and the VA Veteran-Focused Integration Process (VIP).
