We’re Hiring | AI Engineer (NLP + Speech)

Building cutting-edge AI products — and we’re looking for an AI Engineer (NLP-first, Speech-enabled) who’s shipped real systems to production, not just papers.

What You’ll Do: Build and ship end-to-end NLP + speech pipelines (ASR → LLM → TTS) Design multilingual conversational flows (Arabic / English / Hindi) Optimize inference for latency, cost, and quality (TensorRT, ONNX, caching) Define evaluation & guardrails (WER, task success, observability dashboards) Collaborate with linguists & UX to craft natural, empathetic voice experiences

What You Bring: 3+ years shipping production AI/NLP features end-to-end Strong Python + FastAPI/Django experience Hands-on with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, HF), LangChain/LlamaIndex, and Vector DBs (FAISS/Pinecone) Experience with Whisper / NeMo / Azure Speech, TTS (VITS/Tacotron) Proven results mindset — you measure quality, latency, and user impact

Nice to Have: Realtime streaming (WebRTC/gRPC) Bilingual/multilingual NLP or speech (Arabic↔English, Hindi) Eval & analytics harnesses, A/B testing
