CPP is looking for a Translator (Swahili ⇆ Chinese) to support communication between site management teams and local personnel on the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project. This role ensures smooth daily coordination and effective collaboration across multicultural teams.

💼 Key Responsibilities ✅ Provide accurate, fluent translation between Swahili and Chinese (oral & written) ✅ Assist site management with communication, explanation, and interpretation in meetings and fieldwork ✅ Support training sessions, toolbox talks, and daily coordination with local teams ✅ Ensure clarity and cultural understanding in cross-language communications ✅ Work on-site to facilitate smooth project execution

📌 Requirements 🔸 Tanzanian national 🔸 Fluent in Swahili and Chinese (spoken & written（if ok）) 🔸 Strong interpersonal and communication skills 🔸 Willingness to work on remote project sites 🔸 Previous translation/interpretation experience in construction or oil & gas projects preferred
