### 🔧 **Responsibilities**

* Plan, create, and execute high-converting email marketing campaigns (B2B & B2C). * Write engaging email copy and optimize for clicks, open rates, and conversions. * Manage automation flows (welcome series, follow-ups, re-engagement, etc.) using tools like **Lemlist, Instantly, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot**. * Segment lists and personalize outreach to improve deliverability and engagement. * Analyze campaign metrics and continuously improve performance. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align email campaigns with business goals.

### 🧠 **Requirements**

* 1+ year of proven experience in **email marketing or cold outreach**. * Strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation, and personalization. * Excellent written English and attention to detail. * Experience with **automation tools (Lemlist, Instantly, or similar)** is a big plus. * Creative mindset with a focus on measurable results.
