This role merges financial expertise and linguistic precision to train next-generation AI systems capable of understanding real-world finance and investment reasoning. 📊 What You’ll Do Translate and synthesize complex financial concepts into structured rubrics and documentation for AI training. Write fluently in both Traditional Chinese and English, ensuring technical precision and clarity. Bring cultural and financial insights specific to the Taiwanese market, regulations, and practices. Collaborate with peers and reviewers to maintain quality, accuracy, and professional alignment with finance standards.

🎓 Who You Are Native-level fluency in Mandarin (Traditional Chinese) and strong command of English. Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration. 2–6+ years of experience in finance, banking, investment, or consulting. Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills. (Nice to have) Experience in financial writing, rubric design, or AI-assisted workflows.
