We’re looking for a Technical Writer who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, precise, and user-friendly documentation. What You’ll Do: 🔹 Create & maintain detailed docs: API guides (Swagger/OpenAPI), integration manuals, deployment/configuration guides, architecture diagrams. 🔹 Collaborate with engineering, product & SMEs to capture features, flows & business logic. 🔹 Own document version control for every release. 🔹 Maintain repositories (Confluence, GitHub, Notion) & align with ISO/InfoSec standards. 🔹 Translate JIRA tickets & release notes into structured release documentation. What You’ll Bring: ✅ 3–5 years’ experience in software, fintech, or BFSI documentation. ✅ Strong English writing skills & attention to detail. ✅ Experience with API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI/Postman). ✅ Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, RESTful APIs, and versioning tools (Git). 📍 Location: Mumbai 📩 Apply now and be part of our journey to make business transactions seamless, secure, and smarter!
