We’re looking for a Mandarin speaker to join our team as a remote interpreter, supporting TP Malaysia. If you’re passionate about languages and helping people communicate across cultures, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities - Interpret conversations between Mandarin and English speakers via phone or video calls. - Ensure accurate and neutral interpretation in a consecutive mode. - Handle calls across various industries including Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel & Hospitality, Emergency Services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business. - Use appropriate industry terminology and maintain professionalism at all times. - Recognize cultural nuances and explain concepts when needed (with client permission).

Qualifications - Fluent in Mandarin and English (minimum B2 CEFR level). - Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills. - Able to stay neutral, objective, and follow client instructions closely. - Good understanding of cultural differences to avoid miscommunication. - Able to work from home permanently with a stable internet connection. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility quickly.
