Work Arrangement: Fully Remote (Work from Home)

Open to Candidates Residing In: Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia & Vietnam

Job Summary As a Language Interpreter, you will facilitate accurate, clear, and professional communication between English speakers and speakers of the target language. You’ll interpret conversations in real time, ensuring understanding and accuracy — even in high-stakes situations.

You’ll handle calls across different industries, including: - Healthcare - Government - Insurance - Finance - Utilities - Travel & Hospitality - Law Enforcement - 911 Emergency Services - General Business

Requirements - Fluent in English (reading, writing & speaking) - Fluent in one of the following languages: Vietnamese / Thai / Burmese / Arabic / Urdu - Must have a quiet and secure workspace - Own mobile phone (Android 12+ or iOS 15+) - Own laptop or PC with the latest updates - Willing to work rotating 9-hour shifts, including nights & public holidays - Entitled to 2 days off per week (rotating schedule)

Eligibility / Visa Requirement - Malaysian citizens do not require a visa. - Citizens or permanent residents of Thailand, Cambodia, or Vietnam also do not require a visa if residing in their respective countries. - Foreign nationals from other countries who currently reside in Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, or Vietnam must hold a valid visa. - The visa must be valid for at least 1 year, and candidates must be willing to apply for an extension when required. - Applicants not residing in these countries are not eligible for this role.

Salary: RM 4,800
