We’re seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee daily operations for a busy, multi-property household in San Francisco. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll manage staff, vendors, maintenance, and household systems, ensuring everything runs efficiently while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive, with at least 10 years in private service and 5+ years in household management. Experience with luxury home maintenance, renovations, and managing multiple properties is essential. Local candidates with an established vendor network and strong relationships with contractors and service providers will thrive in this role.Responsibilities include coordinating household schedules, onboarding and training staff, managing vendor and contractor relationships, overseeing renovations and minor projects, and ensuring the home is always prepared and fully stocked. Strong written communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence are critical.
