Email Marketing Specialist Job

📣Hiring: Creative Content Creator & Social Media Specialist 📍 Location: Johannesburg, South Africa

A purpose-driven fintech brand is looking for a Creative Content Creator with a strategic mindset and a passion for community-focused storytelling.

The ideal candidate will take the lead in content development; from concept to design for consumer-facing platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and printed catalogues.

The role also offers opportunities to contribute to special projects and field activations!

What you will need: -2–4 years’ experience in digital content creation, graphic design, and social media marketing  -Skilled in Adobe Suite or similar tools for digital and print design -Familiar with best practices across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp Business -Basic video editing (CapCut, Canva Video, Adobe Rush, etc.) -Strong copywriting skills — clear, authentic, and emotionally resonant -Experience with task/content management tools (ClickUp, Coda, etc.) -Understanding of South Africa’s informal sector and community communication -Background or exposure to insurance or fintech is advantageous
