We are Hiring – Technical Writer & Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer and Trainer with 5+ years of experience in SaaS-based companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation, along with delivering engaging training sessions for diverse audiences. Candidates must be willing to work in the UK shift (03:00 PM–12:00 AM IST), with a 6–7 month remote work opportunity (temporary) followed by Work From Office at Richmond Road, Bangalore in a hybrid working model.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in documentation tools: MS Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, Git, and Markdown

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or Camtasia
