This role involves evaluating business systems, gathering requirements, and shaping solutions that align with organizational strategy. Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs Support business process reengineering and identify technology enhancements Prepare solution options, risk assessments, and financial analyses (ROI, cost/benefit, buy vs. build) Document detailed user requirements, program functions, and development steps Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and participate in SDLC activities Assist with unit testing, system testing, and UAT Required Qualifications 8+ years’ experience in business systems analysis Deep understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies Strong knowledge of SDLC and software development review processes Proven ability to manage multiple assignments with accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working as liaison between business and IT Strong data analysis skills Preferred Skills Experience with case management system implementations Familiarity with Jira PMP certification or project management experience is a plus
