QA Tester at Ascendion

We’re looking for a skilled QA professional to join our team and help raise the bar in product quality. If you enjoy mentoring others, improving testing processes, and working in an Agile environment, this might be a great fit for you.

**What you’ll do:** - Guide and support junior QA team members - Partner with product managers to set clear testing goals - Enhance current QA processes and bring in new tools where needed - Gain a strong understanding of the product and Agile workflows - Create detailed test plans for smooth test execution - Lead or assist with test runs and documentation - Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve efficiency

**What we’re looking for:** - Solid knowledge of QA best practices - Good analytical thinking and communication skills - Willingness to learn new tools and technologies - Experience with test automation is a plus - Familiarity with Agile is preferred - A technical degree related to QA or software is an advantage
