📢 We’re Hiring: Technical Writer – ServiceNow | Plano, TX or Richmond, VA | W2 Contract Are you a detail-oriented storyteller with a passion for translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation? Our team is looking for an experienced Technical Writer to support enterprise-level IT initiatives and create high-impact content, including ServiceNow documentation and technical whitepapers. 🔹 Location: Plano, TX or Richmond, VA (Onsite/Hybrid) 🔹 Job Type: Contract – W2 Only 🔍 About the Role In this role, you’ll work closely with product teams, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to produce high-quality documentation that supports enterprise IT platforms and processes. You’ll simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences while maintaining accuracy and clarity. 💡 What We’re Looking For ✔️ 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in IT or enterprise technology ✔️ Experience documenting ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations ✔️ Strong portfolio of technical whitepapers, solution overviews, or executive-level content ✔️ Solid understanding of ITSM/ITIL and enterprise service management ✔️ Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail ✔️ Proficiency with documentation tools: Confluence, SharePoint, Markdown, MS Office, Visio, Lucidchart ✔️ Ability to work onsite/hybrid in Plano, TX or Richmond, VA ❗ W2 Only – No C2C or Third-Party 📨 Interested or know someone who’d be a great fit?
