MBC Egypt is NOW HIRING | Associate Creative Director [Freelance]

Location: 6th of October

Key Responsibilities: - Lead creative development for campaigns across entertainment, sports, brand, and B2B initiatives. - Interrogate briefs, clarify gaps, and transform business problems into bold creative opportunities. - Develop concepts, visual directions, and campaign story arcs. - Build compelling decks with strong storytelling and visual references. - Present ideas confidently to senior stakeholders. - Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and content creators to align on campaign look and feel. - Write clear creative and production briefs across various formats (film, social, PR, CRM, B2B). - Lead or attend shoots in Egypt as the on-ground creative lead, overseeing execution quality. - Direct editors, designers, and suppliers to bring the vision to life. - Track campaign performance and optimize based on results.

Requirements: - Minimum 7 years’ experience in a creative agency or entertainment marketing environment. - Strong background in both art and copy. - Proven experience in youth marketing and regional pop culture. - Excellent Arabic and English writing, presentation, and deck-building skills. - Direct experience with filming productions. - Strong moodboarding and visual direction skills. - Proficiency in AI tools for ideation and design. - Fast, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
