📝 Job Description: ➡️ The French Language Interpreter will listen and accurately interpret communication between French and English-speaking customers/clients.

The role involves: ➡️ Adhering to process SOPs & organizational guidelines ➡️ Maintaining quality standards & implementing client updates ➡️ Working in a collaborative and positive environment

🎯 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Interpret verbal communication between French and English speakers ✅ Ensure accuracy and cultural sensitivity in interpretation ✅ Follow standard procedures and quality goals ✅ Handle queries professionally with a customer-first approach ✅ Work flexible rotational shifts (majorly night shifts – 5 days/week, 2 days off)

✅ Eligibility Criteria: ➡️ Proficiency in both French & English (Certification preferred – DELF/DALF or equivalent) ➡️ Freshers with excellent speaking skills are welcome ➡️ Good listening, comprehension, and communication skills ➡️ Positive attitude & adaptability to different scenarios ➡️ Flexibility for rotational shifts
