Your Mission

● Write and optimize Help Center guides, FAQs, and product manuals (deposits/withdrawals, trading rules, account security). ● Create educational content for the Bitunix Academy covering blockchain, crypto, DeFi, trading strategies, and technical analysis. ● Collaborate with marketing, brand, community, and product teams to produce promotional and product materials aligned with brand tone.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

● 3+ years in content operations or crypto marketing. ● Bachelor’s degree+ in journalism, marketing, finance, blockchain, or related field. ● Strong English writing; bilingual a plus. ● Deep knowledge of Web3, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs. ● Skilled in content planning, copywriting, and multi-format presentation.

Bonus Points
