About the Role
We are looking for experienced C-suite executives to help train next-generation AI models focused on executive decision-making and corporate strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape how AI systems understand leadership and strategic reasoning.
Key Responsibilities
- →Draft complex scenarios involving strategic decision-making and board-level trade-offs
- →Evaluate and refine AI-generated responses for strategic soundness and operational realism
- →Create prompt variants tailored to different executive perspectives
- →Design examples that expose weaknesses in strategic reasoning
- →Ensure outputs reflect European business realities and regulatory environments
- →Collaborate asynchronously with research coordination team
Requirements
- ✓Current or former CEO, CTO, COO, CMO, CCO, or equivalent C-level role
- ✓8+ years of senior leadership experience, with at least 3 years at executive or board level
- ✓Based in EU or UK jurisdiction with working knowledge of European markets
- ✓Demonstrated experience making high-stakes decisions with real accountability
- ✓Ability to articulate strategic reasoning and identify flawed assumptions
