About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Employer Branding Strategist to join 10x Team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. You will help improve advanced AI systems by reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs on employer branding topics.

Key Responsibilities

→Review and refine AI-generated outputs on employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent attraction topics
→Evaluate responses for technical accuracy, practical strategies, and industry best practices
→Draft realistic scenarios including employer value proposition development and campaign planning
→Create variations of scenarios from different perspectives
→Identify gaps or misinterpretations in AI-generated content
→Assess and improve AI’s reasoning about structured problem solving and modern employer branding concepts

Requirements

✓Several years of hands-on experience as an employer branding strategist, talent marketing specialist, or communications expert
✓Based in the EU or UK
✓Experience across the employer branding workflow: strategy development, campaign execution, analytics, and stakeholder management
✓Ability to identify limitations in messaging, campaign design, measurement, or stakeholder alignment
✓Familiarity with current employer branding frameworks, recruiting trends, and cultural or compliance considerations
✓Available 8 to 20 hours per week
✓Able to start in the coming weeks
