About the Role

We are looking for experienced insurance professionals based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems. This role involves reviewing and refining AI-generated responses related to insurance products, underwriting, and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities

→Review and refine AI-generated responses related to insurance products, underwriting, and risk assessment
→Evaluate outputs for technical accuracy, regulatory alignment, and commercial realism
→Draft complex insurance scenarios such as underwriting decisions, claims handling disputes, policy wording interpretation, reinsurance structuring, or solvency considerations
→Create variations of the same scenario from different perspectives such as underwriter, broker, claims manager, actuary, or regulator
→Identify weaknesses in risk logic, pricing assumptions, coverage interpretation, or compliance reasoning

Requirements

✓An insurance professional such as underwriter, actuary, claims specialist, broker, risk manager, or insurance executive
✓Based in the EU or UK
✓Several years of experience in underwriting, claims, actuarial analysis, risk modeling, compliance, or insurance operations
✓Experienced with regulatory frameworks and solvency requirements relevant to European markets
✓Comfortable identifying flawed risk assessments, weak pricing logic, or unrealistic coverage assumptions
✓Available 8 to 20 hours per week
✓Able to start in the coming weeks
