About the Role
We are looking for multiple Product Managers to join our industry-changing team at 1inch. This role involves taking a strategic position in defining and overseeing the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our product portfolio. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure the development of innovative, market-leading products that align with business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and oversee the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new product domain
- →Balance short-term priorities with long-term product and business strategies
- →Collaborate with stakeholders across org units (POs, engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with business goals
- →Mentor and manage the product management team to achieve excellence in execution
- →Advocate for user-centric approaches throughout the product lifecycle
- →Analyse market trends and user feedback to inform product strategies
- →Drive innovation and ensure product portfolios meet performance and adoption targets
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of proven experience as a Product manager or similar role
- ✓Deep expertise in product management with a strong understanding of user-centric design
- ✓Demonstrated ability to align product strategy with business objectives
- ✓Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing product management teams
- ✓Proven ability to collaborate effectively across organisational units, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
- ✓Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
- ✓Track record of delivering market-leading products with strong performance metrics (e.g., DAU/MAU, retention, ARPU)
- ✓Fluency in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively
