About the Role
We are looking for a SMB BDR to join our growing team at 1Password. This role focuses on driving growth across the SMB sector by generating inbound opportunities and engaging in outbound activities.
Key Responsibilities
- βGenerate qualified outbound pipeline while handling inbound inquiries through phone, email, social media, and video
- βIdentify, qualify, and nurture prospects in new and existing Commercial accounts
- βCollaborate with Marketing, Account Executives, and others to leverage insights and expertise
- βBuild and improve skills in pipeline generation
- βUtilize Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn to optimize workflow and enhance productivity
- βOccasionally travel for company meetings and marketing events
- βTry new tactics and strategies to improve performance
Requirements
- βExcellent written and spoken communication skills
- βUp to one year or more of relevant customer-facing experience, preferably in sales or related roles
- βMotivated, driven, and focused on achieving and exceeding targets
- βExperience collaboration with Account Executives
- βEmbrace feedback and continuously seek learning opportunities
- βNaturally curious, quick to adapt, and thrive in a dynamic environment
- βComfortable with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or related tools
- βStrong organization and time management skills
