About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Training Specialist to join our growing team at 1Password. This role focuses on delivering engaging, high-impact training experiences for our customers' end users, helping them get the most value from our password management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- βFacilitate engaging virtual training sessions and present complex concepts to audiences with varying technical backgrounds
- βAdapt training content to different skill levels, use cases, and audiences to ensure effective learning outcomes
- βCreate and maintain supplementary training resources such as checklists, guides, and bite-sized videos
- βProvide post-training support and follow-up guidance to help end users fully utilize 1Password
- βCollect and analyze customer and end-user feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery
- βTrack customer progress against training plans and measure success using defined key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- β2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as customer support, onboarding, or training, ideally within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
- βProven ability to facilitate engaging virtual training sessions
- βPractical understanding of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies
- βStrong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- βEffective time management and problem-solving skills
- βAnalytical mindset with experience evaluating training effectiveness
- βExperience with or familiarity using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
