About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join 1st Formations, a leading UK provider of company formation and compliance services. This role involves leading the vision, strategy, and delivery of both customer-facing and internal products within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goals.
- →Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimisation.
- →Translate complex problems into clear priorities and scalable solutions.
- →Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Operations to deliver high-impact outcomes.
- →Define success metrics, analyse performance data, and drive continuous improvement.
- →Advocate for users by embedding customer insights into every stage of development.
- →Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- →Lead cross-functional teams with clarity, accountability, and focus on results.
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of product management experience, ideally in technology or SaaS environments.
- ✓Proven track record of leading successful customer-facing and/or internal products.
- ✓Strong strategic thinking balanced with hands-on, execution-focused delivery.
- ✓Data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics and translate insights into action.
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- ✓Confident, resilient leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
