About the Role
We are looking for an influential and innovative Senior Product Manager to guide the strategy for our most foundational technical products within the Product Fundamentals Group at Multiverse. This role focuses on optimizing the content pipeline and scaling it globally to drive measurable learner retention.
Key Responsibilities
- →Integrate into your cross-functional squad and take full accountability for the delivery roadmap
- →Build strong relationships with Learning and Operations departments to translate complex business needs into a technical roadmap
- →Develop a strategic approach to content delivery that ensures high-quality learning is optimized at scale
- →Transition from viewing AI as an add-on to making it the engine that optimizes our content pipeline and learner personalization
- →Define and track success metrics that shift the focus from output to true customer value and learner impact
Requirements
- ✓4+ years as a Product Manager of cross-functional teams that deliver excellent software
- ✓Strong background in data modeling and understanding of complex data structures
- ✓Active curiosity in applying AI/ML to enhance workflows
- ✓Proven track record of shipping products that serve multiple audiences
- ✓Deep understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Scrum or Kanban frameworks
