What Weβre Looking For:
The FP&A Senior Analyst, Summer 2026 role is tasked with executing strategic finance-related projects, including ROAS / Program Profitability Initiative, Internal KPI Strategy Development, Market Comps and Valuation Initiative, among others
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
β’ ROAS / Program Profitability
β’ Lead the definition and implementation of processes to accurately measure Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and Program Profitability
β’ Prepare and present data-backed recommendations
β’ Develop forecasting templates
β’ Craft process implementation roadmap
β’ KPI Metric Development
β’ Partner with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to define and implement Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting
β’ Help prepare reporting dashboards, reporting packages, and supporting analyses to streamline ongoing reporting
β’ Capital Markets
β’ Provide analytical support for Capital Structure initiatives, including financial valuation and modeling
β’ Support ad hoc credit risk evaluation asks
β’ Assist with lender and investor reporting asks
β’ Track, analyze, and report on relevant credit, equity, and education market trends
β’ Cross-functional Collaboration
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Accounting, Operations, Sales, Marketing) to gather data and understand financial impacts
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
β’ Minimum of 3 years of work experience; currently enrolled as a first year in a MBA program
β’ Graduated with B.A. / B.S. (Discipline not as relevant if in an MBA program; if not in MBA program, must have graduated with a degree in finance, accounting, or a similarly rigorous discipline)

The anticipated base salary range for this role is ($46 per hour), with potential bonus eligibility. Salary offers are made based on the candidateβs qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, budget for the position and cost of labor in the market in which the candidate will be hired.
