The Role Quantum is seeking a Senior Commercial Insights Analyst to play a central role in driving key decisions across every aspect of the business during a period of rapid growth. The Analyst will sit within the Commercial Insights team, and be responsible for providing vital analysis and insights, working with different teams to scope, build and roll-out a range of strategic initiatives. This role partners closely with commercial, finance, marketing, and product teams to provide robust analysis, reporting, and recommendations that drive growth, optimise performance, and support long-term business strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Audit & optimise the data landscape - evaluate existing dashboards, data sources and reporting processes, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and implementing improvements that reduce time-to-insight across recurring outputs. - Own commercial performance reporting - establish and maintain baseline KPIs across customer acquisition, retention and conversion, delivering clear, structured reporting to Commercial and Marketing stakeholders. - Generate customer & cohort insights - conduct in-depth behavioural analysis, including cohort and LTV modelling, to surface retention opportunities and inform customer strategy. - Build segmentation & targeting models - develop demographic and behavioural segmentation frameworks that are actively adopted into marketing campaigns, with performance tracked pre and post implementation. - Develop predictive & forecasting models - build data-driven models to forecast channel performance and customer value, maintaining accuracy targets against actual outcomes. - Translate insight into commercial action - work cross-functionally with Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure analytical output directly influences decisions, maintaining a documented insight-to-action audit trail. - Manage and evolve the analytical opportunity pipeline - maintain a prioritised register of analytical initiatives ranked by commercial impact, contributing to and supporting delivery of the broader Commercial Insights roadmap. - Act as a strategic analytics partner - present findings to senior leadership, contribute to board-level reporting, and establish yourself as a go-to resource for data-driven decision making across the business. About you - Degree in a maths/science-based subject - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence others and present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Strong hands-on experience with analytics and data tools, including Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, Google BigQuery, and a solid understanding of SQL - Commercially minded and data-driven, with a passion for applying testing, research, and analytics to inform and justify business decisions - Experience working with marketing data across acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels, ideally within an affiliate or performance marketing environment - Proactive and self-directed, able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Technically confident and analytically strong, with experience navigating large, complex datasets and turning them into clear insights - Collaborative and communicative, with excellent written and verbal English skills and a natural ability to work as part of a cross-functional team What You’ll Get - Competitive Base Salary - Company Bonus Scheme - Hybrid Working (3 days in office) - Private Health Care (Bupa) - Travel Insurance - Market Leading Training Programme - Recognition & Reward Scheme - Annual Company Conference (previous destinations Vienna, Bologna, Dubrovnik and Thessaloniki) - Regular Happy Hour / Team Lunches - Free Coffee, Drinks & Snacks What’s the next step?
