About the Role
We are looking for a Content Strategist focused on YouTube and Long Form Video to join our top media company behind the #1 sales podcast. You'll help build a portfolio of shows that deliver hyper-tactical sales content with a comedic edge.
Key Responsibilities
- →Concept new series for the YouTube and podcast portfolio
- →Develop story arcs, bits, and show dockets in partnership with top sales practitioners
- →Direct shoots to help cast members bring their best tactics and authentic selves into the content
- →Manage post-production with editors and designers
- →Develop channel strategy including visual identities, A/B testing titles, and overall channel direction
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in content creation or media marketing
- ✓Experience building or managing a successful YouTube channel, or producing content for internet media companies
- ✓Understanding of what makes content go viral on YouTube
- ✓Knowledge of social trends and video editing tools like CapCut
- ✓Ability to work with multiple cast members and maintain consistent brand identity
- ✓Experience with long-form video content creation
