About the Role
We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer to join our team at 3Pillar Global. This role involves guiding the assurance of quality and reliability across groundbreaking projects in various industries.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- ✓Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance
- ✓At least 4 years of experience with automated testing tools (Selenium)
- ✓Experience with Playwright Framework using JavaScript and API automation testing with RestAssured
- ✓Proven leadership in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- ✓Expertise in continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines
- ✓Advanced proficiency in programming languages relevant to test automation (C#)
- ✓Deep knowledge of databases and SQL
- ✓Proficient in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- ✓Exceptional collaborative and communication skills
