About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Lead to guide the technical direction and implementation for our development team. This role involves overseeing architecture from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring robust solutions that prioritize client success.

Key Responsibilities

→Guide the technical direction and implementation for the entire team within defined architecture
→Evaluate trade-offs between correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact
→Create and lead technical documentation and repository management practices
→Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to provide oversight of architecture and dependencies
→Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and addressing complex bug fixes
→Mentor Senior Engineers and others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams

Requirements

✓10+ years of web development experience with proficiency in Python, Postgres, SQL, AWS, Docker
✓Working knowledge of frontend development (JS, CSS, HTML)
✓Familiarity with OAuth2 and OpenID Connect protocols
✓High level of English proficiency
✓Experience leading teams in Agile software development methodologies
✓Demonstrated experience following and adapting high-level architecture
✓Expertise in object-oriented programming, preferably in Python
✓High-level design proficiency using UML, C4, or ArchiMate
✓Experience in creating and implementing enterprise-level systems
✓Demonstrated initiative in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers
✓Knowledge of architectural styles, design patterns, SOLID principles, and OWASP
